The purpose of this site is to explain the proposals and provide information. This is an outline application which seeks agreement in principle only. The detailed design would follow at the Reserved Matters stage.
The hope is to show that a policy compliant residential development could be achieved in an attractive mature setting.
Along with the provision of housing – market, affordable and self-build - the proposal brings significantly improved provision for walkers, cyclists and horse-riders.
Copsewood could contribute significantly to meeting the existing housing need in the Parish without unduly negatively impacting the amenity of local residents or the character of Bricket Wood.
